In order to comply to internal and external regulations and Acts we need to verify personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, nationality, PEP status, source of wealth.

The processing of personal data which our company will obtain from you, will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. We are prohibited from using the personal data for purposes other than those for which the personal data pursuant to the Law and Regulations have been obtained.
All information provided by you is treated confidentially with the exception of mandatory information exchange to authorities. Employees of our company handle both physical and digital information with care.
How to control your personal data
In accordance with the Regulations governing Sound Operational Practices under the Trust Offices we keep personal data collected in the context of the client survey in an accessible manner for minimal five years after the end of the business relationship or minimal five years after the execution of a transaction. You can request a correction in writing if our data is not correct in your opinion and after the mandatory storage period a client can submit a request to delete personal data.
