How to control your personal data
In accordance with the Regulations governing Sound Operational Practices under the Trust Offices we keep personal data collected in the context of the client survey in an accessible manner for minimal five years after the end of the business relationship or minimal five years after the execution of a transaction. You can request a correction in writing if our data is not correct in your opinion and after the mandatory storage period a client can submit a request to delete personal data.
